Each batch is handmade using only the best, local ingredients. Devon milk fresh from the first milking just down the road, lashings of thick Somerset cream, oodles of rich Clarence Court egg yolk, a little sugar and the other finest ingredients, sourced only from the very best ethically sourced suppliers, keeping as local as possible. No wonder it tastes so incredible - after all, we know Mother Nature provides the best flavours!
